What is Aerial Expressions, you might ask? Here, veteran gymnastics and dance instructor (and also owner) Susan Stevens teaches students the art of aerial fitness using a variety of aerial apparatus including Silk, Loop/Hammock, and Lyra.
Students range from age 5 all the way to adults! That's right, you AND your kids can take lessons and learn this beautiful craft!
To get started, you don't even have to have any experience in dance, yoga or Aerial Arts.
These fun class sessions are a GREAT way to experience something new & different. Who knows, you just might find your passion!

These classes & camps aren't just pretty to watch, either. They are great for fitness and offer so many more wonderful benefits that you just won't find in other fitness activities.
Aerial Expressions students will see an improvement in total body strength as they learn basic aerial skills. Spinal elongation, relaxation, and stress relief are just some of the great benefits of taking Aerial classes.
These classes will benefit the whole body as well as the mind and many find them very relaxing.

Don't worry if your child has never done anything like this before. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced level classes are available.
They will teach students the basics, and YOU get to make progress at the rate that is comfortable for YOU!
Not only are these classes fun to participate in, but the results are also beautiful to watch as well!
Classes are available for kids as young as age 5, for youth AND adults.
You can choose classes to learn to work with Silk, Loop/Hammock and Lyra as well as Aerial and Bungee Fitness classes!
Aerial Expressions also offers birthday partiesand private group lessons.
You could throw your child a unique birthday party OR grab a few of your closest friends and have your own Girl's Night Out.
Aerial Expressions also has us busy Mom's covered during school breaks and the holidays by offering camps to keep the kiddos busy while we run errands and work.
